A SEP is a retirement plan set up by a business owner/employer. The Business owner may be a sole proprietor, a partnership, or a corporation. Business owners/employers who sponsor SEPs may: 1. Make uniform tax-deductible contributions for themselves and each eligible employee. 2. Make contributions in years when they are affordable. 3.
